Obesity has now become an international issue and now a days even the youngsters are also becoming the victim of this. Fast life style, having no time for exercise and unhealthy eating habit is the reason of this rapidly growing problem. McDonald and other fast food chains are now on the top position in the market, and they are now targeting the third world countries, even the parents are also not concerned about the effect of fast food and they are giving fast foods like pizza, crisps, burger to their children. Since there has been a boom in the economics of the countries like India, Bangladesh.. these fast food companies are now targeting these countries, more specifically the young generation. Consequently the number of obese is increasing in young generation, and once you gain fat, soon after comes diseases like heart problem, arthritis ,high blood pressure, diabetes etc into your life, and your happiness is gone for ever.
Loosing weight is something which needs a lot of dedication, determination and sacrifice, some people may not be interested in loosing weight and end up investing a huge amount of money for medical treatment after a few years, but if you want to have a healthy lifestyle, get the actual shape of yours then you may follow these tips..
1. Set a target- You must first set a small target at the beginning of your weight loss journey, you might have a 120 kilo body or 90 killo, it doesn’t matter. Most of the time people loose hope and quit because they think that they are not getting the result as they expected it to be, here is the secret.. your body needs time to adopt the changes that it would be having during the weight loss journey, that’s why at first you will hardly see any changes, but you should not loose hope as the journey will take the pace later.
2.Avoid fast food- You must avoid fast food, this is the very thing you must do in order to get success, eat home cooked meal and try to add less oil to it, grilled and baked dishes are delicious as well as great option for loosing weight.
3.Time management- Admit this, your biggest excuse for skipping exercise has always been time. Time management has always been the common issue yet there are ways to solve this problem.
Although everything we do in our daily life is not possible to put into a schedule, but some activities like cooking, shopping, taking bath.. these activities are regular and we can assign a particular time to do them ,we can arrange time so that we can use our time efficiently to take out the time for doing exercise.
4. Stock your kitchen with low fat foods- If you don’t have high protein foods like beef, mutton etc stocked in your kitchen, you wont take it, it is as simple as that. Stock you kitchen with fresh vegetables and low fat foods, and this will gradually change your eating habit.
5.Ban snacks- You must ban snacks from your life, put aside those French fries and cheese burgers while watching movie, rather try pop corn or baked snacks.
6.Exercise- Yes there is no easy gain, exercise is must in order to get a slim and attractive body, you can start with free hand exercise and then move on to harder ones, I would suggest to start with aerobics first as it will improve your breathing system , and this will aid in more oxygen supply to your body, which will help to burn the extra fats.
Loosing weight is always tougher than it sounds, and takes a lot of effort, but if you think about the life after loosing your extra weight, you would find that it’s worth it.
