Best Indian Diet Plan for diabetic Patients

Diabetics is sugar problem that is effected when sugar molecules are not utilized for generating energy. The body cannot produce enough insulin to process the glucose in the blood as sugar molecules will not respond properly. There is also Pre-diabetes condition that causes a person’s abnormal blood sugar levels. Diabetes is not condition with high sugar levels it also meant for low sugar levels. This problem is very dangerous for female during pregnancy period as blood flow will not be controlled as sugar molecules will not generate insulin. Along with taking prescribed medicines we have to follow some diet plan to control sugar levels in our body.

Early Morning Diet:

  • Have warm water with lemon early in the morning at least half an hour before your breakfast.
  • Green tea without sugar and use artificial sweeteners for taste.
  • Fresh raw cucumber before breakfast.

Breakfast:

  • Two bread pieces with boiled egg or bread omelet you can have daily.
  • Wheat flakes with milk and try eating without sugar.
  • Eat at least fruits because regular diet is essential for sugar patients.

Lunch:

  • Two medium sized chapattis with any half boiled vegetable curry. Maximum try using carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, brinjal, okra, etc. for veg curry. For lunch we can have little rice as it is rich in sugar levels.
  • Baked fish is best diet for lunch for Diabetics patients.

Dinner:

  • Having rice during dinner time is not encroaching as it is rich in sugar levels. Compulsory we have to take chapattis with any half boiled vegetable curry. Maximum try using carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, brinjal, okra, etc. for veg curry. For lunch we can have little rice as it is rich in sugar levels.
